Businiess name:  Quick Lane At Helfman Ford

Review content:
If, - God forbid - you are ever in a car accident, DON'T take your car to Helfman Ford's body shop. Our car has been there almost FOUR weeks on a job we were originally told would take two. Sadly, they can't even seem to come up with a good excuse for the delays. We've received the same one 4 times in a row ... ""Infinity sent us the wrong parts"". \r SERIOUSLY? \r FOUR TIMES? \r Not once have they offered a different explanation or taken any responsibilities for the delays. I tried speaking to a manager, but their standard response is to point out my ignorance in the fine details of their work. \r I guess customer service goes out the window when the insurance check is in hand.
