Here's my story, called Giant Glass because of their previous ad campaigns that kept them Top of Mind & also because I believe the founder & I went to the same High School (but I don't even know if that's true). Getting on to the point, phoned them one morning to ask about getting my Wife's windshield repaired before the cold really set in due to a couple of chips. The pleasant woman on the other end told me to have my Wife come-by to make sure it was repairable. My Wife did swing-by with our very young (asleep) children & literally pulled-up to the door as they were in the van & she was alone (I was at work). She was immediately attended to by a guy (wish I had his name) that told her that the areas were previous repairs (true) & that it wasn't an issue yet & to get through the Winter & then think about replacement!! Are you kidding me?? That was easy insurance $$, I can't believe the ethics involved here (says a lot about the company & its employees). Needless to say I'll be back f
