, please be aware of certain service advisors – they will not be upfront and forth coming on needed repairs, they do not seem to have your best interest in mind and you will not receive any help from the service director if you ask to speak to him. I am not saying the dealership is bad in general, they just seem to have a few issues to work through to improve their service dept customer service. I am disappointed at the way this was handled and at this point will not return there for anything and will share my experience with anyone that asks.
