Review content:
When you take your vehicle down to Jackson's Body Shop, he will get it done. He's always good to go. When I went to the competitor, they wanted to do it their own way, not the customer's way. That's why I don't go to them anymore, I go to Jackson. A lot of other body shops want to do it their way just to save money, but Jackson will go out of his way to help you out. I decided my truck bed needed to be painted, and I asked if there was any way he could fix a ding in the tailgate while he was at it. The next thing I knew, it was done. When I tried asking the competitors for the same thing, they wouldn't help me out because it was out of their way. Sometimes when other places have a whole lot of business, they think they don't have to be nice to people because they have a lot of customers lined up. My perspective is, don't bite the hand that feeds you, because you don't know what will happen down the line. Jackson knows this and you can tell he really values his customers. He doesn't mind doing a bit more and going out of his way for you. When you get the truck back, he'll wash the paint smell out of the inside for you, and other people won't do that. I know Jackson, I knew his old man, and I've been going there for 35 years. When you see him out somewhere he'll talk to you and be friendly. They are nice people down there. They have free popcorn, a dog you can pet, and you just feel like family.
