We recently became the proud owners of a new Goettl Air Conditioner/Heat Pump. We were so impressed with the employees who helped this transaction take place. They were pleasant and helpful, and certainly knew the product they were installing. \r

Additional work was required due to the increased amount of air ?rushing? through the duct work. William carefully examined the problem, explained the cause, designed the necessary plan, requested the necessary materials, and then in a most efficient manner, solved the problem to our satisfaction. He worked carefully and patiently in the heat and dust, made sure we were happy with the result, cleaned up the mess, repeated directions (again) for the thermostat and remained calm and ?nice to have in our home? the entire time.\r
