I noticed some mold on my wall and determined that it was not a roof leak. In the repairs that ensued, Mario, Jose and Sam from Albert Nahman could not have been more knowledgeable, helpful or professional. Mario inspected the situation and suggested a very capable mold abatement company that removed the wet wall, exposed the offending drain pipe and set up dryers. Mario returned to make the estimate and coordinate a repair date, and again on the day of the repair to make sure that all the requirements were communicated. Mario has also arranged a quote for the restoration of the walls. Jose and Sam were efficient and well prepared removing and replacing the pipe. A whole story's worth of 89 year old pipe was removed and replaced with a minimum of disturbance to the walls. I am very pleased with their work and will certainly call on them again for plumbing needs in the future.
