Review content:
Will was very conscientious in performing his tasks during the inspection. He introduced himself, and once he knew the location of the furnace, he conducted the inspection without any unnecessary talking and visiting. At the end of the inspection, he commented about the importance of changing the filter and indicated we were undoubtedly aware of this, as the furnace was very clean and serviceable. He even called my attention to the need to replace our water heater, as he pointed out rust spots becoming severe on the top of the unit. Following the inspection, Will completed his inspection report, which I reviewed and signed. Before he left, I was able to visit with Will and feel I got to know him very well. Excellent job well done!!
