Review content:
The service person who visited us, Duncan, was personable, friendly, and knowledgeable about every question we raised. Duancan had a helper. They did a flow test of the house, caulked any leaks found, and replaced bulbs with more efficient bulbs, including LEDs to replace Compact Fluorescents. None of our appliances or furnace are energy wasteful. We got a full report of the reduction in airflow and the savings of energy costs and were given rebates toward the few recommendations we got, like installing a better attic door cover. I would recommend Competitive Resources, and especially Duncan, to anyone in CT.
