Review content:
I had a knocking in my car, so I took it to Budget Transmission Center and let them know what was going on. I explained everything, and he said, "Okay, we'll fix it." He said it was the differential that needs to be fixed and said it was going to cost 1100 bucks. I said okay, but when I went to pick it up, it was still knocking. I asked him about it. I said, "What's going on?" He said, "Oh, it must be the hubs." I asked why he didn't do the hubs the first time, but he said it was because he had thought it was the differential. So, I said okay, we'll change the hubs because it was still knocking. Also, the ABS light, which wasn't on beforehand, had lit up. He said to come back tomorrow, then he said he couldn't get the ABS light off because a mechanic pinched a wire. He said to come back tomorrow again, and they did the other hub because a wire had been pinched on the other side. I said, "this is ridiculous." How come they can't diagnose this? I'm out 1100 dollars, and I still have the same problem. I was thinking about doing a class action lawsuit if other people have had the same problem. I have the same problem, and I don't have 1100 dollars, so I wasn't happy with them. John Cain
