I had a terrible experience at Budget Transmission Center and the people who work here were extremely careless with my truck. I had my car in their shop for two days and during this time, they were going to tow it to another garage. My truck had no brakes which is why it was in their shop and when they went to move it from their tow truck, the truck rolled down and hit their garage door, completely damaging and scratching my truck. The worst part is that they weren't even going to tell me.
When I came to their shop, the guy made a comment like, "I should charge YOU for my garage door," and was completely unprofessional and didn't offer to make things right or fix my truck. This was last summer and I'm still upset about what happened. It was just awful, do not take your car to Budget Transmission Center.
