I needed new brakes and I brought my car in to Budget Transmission Center for that. They were able to get the brake work done for me within one day, which was great. I ended up having trouble with the new brakes and had to take the car in again the following week. They were able to fix the issue and replace the brakes at no additional cost that second time.
I continue to use them and I recommend them to all my students and coworkers. They are reasonably priced and very friendly. I especially like that when I call to get a quote, it is not just a quote that I receive but the actual price that I am charged.
The only recommendation that I would have for them is that they should call the customer ahead of time when they will be keeping the car overnight. The second time I was there for the brakes, they let me know they would be keeping the car overnight until four o'clock in the afternoon and it was difficult to coordinate a ride from work that late in the day.
