After experiencing numerous frustrating attempts for gas log repair I stumbled on Covenant Heating & Air. A service call was promptly scheduled at a cost considerably less than other quotes.
Matt, the representative quickly diagnosed the problem and corrected it.
[I'm recovering from surgery so he even offered to help my wife bring in the groceries from the garage}.
Based on this experience I've signed up for the Covenant Care Plan which covers a variety of home appliance inspections ....including gas logs.
EXCELLENT COMPANY!!
