Review content:
We like Peter's annual maintenance. We feel confident that our heating and air-conditioning units are in good working order after they inspect them. The techincians are always professional and seem quite competent. If there is a problem, they are very up-front about it but there is no pressure to fix/replace. We appreciated being told that our furnace might need replacement, and the decision was up to us if/when we chose to do it. Ditto for our air conditioner. Any installation has taken place in a timely manner.
