The company that installed my Trane system went out of business leaving me with a non functioning unit. I did not know where to turn for service. A couple HVAC companies I contacted were not willing to work on this type of communicating system. I was referred to DFH. DFH came out and serviced my system getting it up and running. Unfortunately other problems persisted due to the poor installation by the original contractor. DFH came back several times addressing the multiple issues with my system. I found DFH to be very reasonable to deal with. They made my bad situation better by working with me and following up. Senior management even got involved helping to guide my repairs to final resolution. I even got a phone call from one of the owners checking on my satisfaction a week after the final repair.
