What a scam Conch Reality is!!!\r
Beware of false charges on your credit card when you return from Your vacation. \r
The cleaning of the home is less than acceptable. They charge $224.00 for the cleaning fee\r
This doesn't include sanitizing bathrooms cleaning under beds, they expect you to start the laundry before you leave. Have dishes done garbages empty ,glass door cleaned.. Excuse me what does that 224.00 cover excatly?? I'm on vacation not here to clean your home!!!!\r
They billed us an ""extra cleaning fee of $175.00 on top of the 224.00.. When we asked for receipts they produced hand written ones! I don't think so!!. Clair is very unprofessional and yells and becomes a crazy person when challenged. I'm sorry after paying $3200 for the week and leaving the house clean I'm not paying fraudulent charges\r
The home was beautiful and I hope the owners are aware Because of this Reality company I will never rent from them again. Very dissapointed.\r
Oh and don't call them for anything when your there because once you've paid to stay they could careless about ya!!! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL
