Review content:
We rented a house "manatee Lagoon" from conch realty June 2010. We were treated so badly by Adam. The house was in need of repairs. The lights in the guest bath did not work and only sometimes worked in the hallway. The air conditioner stopped working and when I called Adam I was yelled and hung up on. The pool turned green with in two days of our arrival so we had no pool to swim in and later after finding reviews on line saw that some children who swim in that pool in the past ended up with a skin infection. The dishwasher never worked and leaked. The wall in the guest bath was falling literally apart from water damage. I wish I had known was a con man Adam was before he got our hard earned money and we wasted our precious vacation time in his horrible rental.
