I am very pleased with the exemplary service from Graebel moving crew when they moved me from Galveston, TX to Frederick, MD the last week of August 2009. From the driver, John, to the packers, loaders and unloaders, I only saw professionalism and efficiency. John was early on both the pickup and drop off days and managed both the loading and unloading crews effectively. Not one item that Graebel packed for me was broken, and I had entrusted some delicate items to the packing crew. I also want to extend a special thanks to Vivian for communicating with me consistently throughout my move. During this stressful time, she was calm and thorough, and I really appreciated her attentiveness.I have told many people how pleased I was with my move and will certainly consider using Graebel for my future moves.
