Review content:
The technician incorrectly diagnosed the problem and simply told me the furnace needed to be replaced but gave no detailed explanation or documentation. The charge was also excessive based on my experience with other properties and contractors. I brought in a second technician who diagnosed and repaired the problem and ran the furnace for hours with no problems. I will not use Jordan Heating for any furnace maintenance or repairs in the future and cannot recommend them.
