I've been going to En Vogue for years now, and I won't be going back. The girl who did my hair, Norma, seems more interested in her vacation time than taking care of her customers. Three times in six months I've made an appointment with her, only to show up and she'd already gone home or worse, not even showed up that day. Yes, when you can get her to come, she's good. But my time is worth a lot more than hers, and I can't afford that kind of business practice.
