Review content:
We had technician John out at the house today to service our sewer line that was backing up. John took the time to explain the process, what he needed from me, the total price (due on completion), and the estimated time it would take him to complete the task.
It went exactly as he said it would and I immediately started running washing machine, dish washer, etc... to be sure we got a good clean out of our main line. Happy to report all is well!
We have used AAA Service about 3 or 4 times now. They always have a special going.
Also, they offer a Military Discount which is much appreciated by me, my family, and my fellow active duty and active reserve/guard brothers and sisters that look for businesses that express this type of support.
Oh, by the way, John left absolutely NO mess and cleaned up the work site/area before he left. He even took the roots he pulled out off his machine, bagged them up, showed them to me, and took them with him.
I will continue to use this company in the future.
