First time I used Sears to clean my carpet.
Service was excellent beginning to end, from setting an appointment, service information, prices, offers details, and acustomer service on appointment day (Chekyra S.), to the field service performed by Edgard A. who did an outstanding/professional job cleaning all my house carpeted area, with attention to details, caring for my furniture and giving me all relevant information on the job being performed, and how to move around in the house during and after cleaning. Very pleasant personality, and very respectful.
