Had a problem with some very stubborn fire ants. We were unable to control them on our own so after hearing from neighbors, we called R & D. They were very quick to respond. Mike came out and gave me some information on the nature of these little beasts and proceeded to take care of the problem. The ants disappeared but then were back someplace else a couple days later. Called R&D again and had a very prompt response. The problem has been resolved and I was pleased enough with them to have them do a quarterly service
