Review content:
We purchased a Black Galaxy granite countertop through Home Depot. We originally chose a full bull nose edge. After discussing options with Lew Zeno, the templater, we changed to a top and bottom round edge, AKA double radius. I felt Lew did a very good job, and was very knowledgeable and helpful in my making final decisions.
He noted the nose change on his estimate sheet, and I mentioned it when I viewed the slab. But when the installers arrived with the top, it had a full bullnose. I pointed this out to the installers, and they called in to the office immediately. We were offered the option of having the top remade, which would be at least a week, or receiving a discount on the existing pieces. I took the latter, and they proceeded with the installation.
Our installers were Scott and Pat. They were both very polite gentlemen, and very good at their jobs. They did a good job with the installation, and cleaned up the site well upon completion.
