After careful review, we may remove content or replace a content warning page before viewing content deemed offensive, harmful, or dangerous.
Additionally, we are aware that there may be content on Judy's Book that is personal in nature or feels invasive. Please note that Judy's Book is a provider of content creation tools, not a mediator of content. We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. We realize that this may be frustrating, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause you. In cases where contact information for the author is listed on the page, we recommend that you work directly with this person to have the content in question removed or changed.

I ordered the Waste Management service on the 14th of July. That was the first and only time they picked up my trash on time. The next week, the 21st, I saw that they had forgotten my trash. I called, they said sorry and would pick it up, but I had already taken care of it so I said don't forget next week. The 28th, I happened to be at home and saw them drive right past. I called later that day (just in case they were still going to pick it up) and they apologized and said they would pick it up tomorrow (thu morning). That next morning they came and picked it up. On Aug 4th, as big of a surprise as it sounds they forgot. I called and they picked it up the next day. On Aug 11th, they forgot. This time I was angry and yelled on the phone. Sadly, yelling is the only way to get something out of these guys. I got a free month of trash pickup. They said they would come back and pick it up. They didn't. On Aug 18th, they forgot for the fifth time in a row to pick it up. Today (Aug 20th) I simply cancelled the service wondering what happened? How could that many calls go unnoticed or uncorrected? Thankfully it was not difficult to get them not to make me pay a cent. At this point, I would not recommend anyone to Waste Management, I don't know how you can run a company with no accountability.
