Review content:
As they pick up our garbage, they have broken branches off a tree in our front yard. This has been going on, on and off, for the five years we've had this service. During the time I've been a customer, I've relocated the garbage can to further down the street, trimmed the tree very far back, and called the company several times to report the problem, all to no avail. When they don't break branches off the tree, they leave the can in the street. I've been told three times that a supervisor would call; to date, no one has, not once; never has anyone apologized. Today the driver broke a 6 foot branch off the tree, despite the fact that the garbage can was down the street, nowhere near the tree. I cancelled the service for this reason and do not recommend this company because their customer service is lacking.
