Horrible experience buying new truck! I'm a 67 old man with Parkinsons who was fed a pack of lies to get me to wait for 3 hours in a stuffy room waiting for the accounting guy. By then I was tired and exhausted and ready to do anything to be free. I was not allowed to see the truck i was buying until I signed the papers, but by then all the people I had worked with were gone home. Once I got to touch the truck I saw that it had a bad clutch/trans, but was told that the popping and grinding was normal and Malone Toyota would do nothing for me. A nightmare!
