I enjoy the atmosphere very much while eating at El Zarape. It is quiet and comfortable.I have one problem though. My favorite is cheese enchiladas and they are not cooked. The gravy on them is excellent, but I have gone there so many times over the last several years to find the corn tortillas are just rolled up with the cheese inside and it looks like they just pour hot gravy over them expecting it to cook them and melt the cheese. The cheese most of the time is still cold inside and the tortilla is not tasty when it isn't baked like it should be.I wouldn't say anything, but the cost has gone up. I just wish they would put them in the oven and bake them until the edges just start to turn brown. I would give them 5 star rating if they would just put them into the oven. I don't like to complain because everything else is so great.The guacamole and chile con queso is excellent. The drinks are great.I hope they read this and will begin to bake their cheese enchiladas they use to years ag
