I went there with my mom to pay the balance to have my 14 year old dog's ashes returned to me (he had been put to sleep there 2 days prior). It took them well more than an hour to call me just to process my credit card and sign some papers, even though they knew why we were there. Just knowing that the body of our beloved baby boy was still back there somewhere was absolutely heart wrenching for us. We were both emotionally distraught. After about an hour and a half to two hour wait we're finally called in to process the payment. About 2 weeks later I returned to collect my baby boy's ashes. I went by myself, my mother just couldn't bear to accompany me. Anyway, I let the receptionist know why I'm there. She seemed very compassionate and offered her condolences and asked for my name. I told her then she went back to look for his remains. I'm guessing she couldn't find anything under my name (even though I paid with my credit card, and I was listed as the dog's actual owner) so after a
