Blue Flame installed a furnace a few years ago for us when we first moved in. The price and install team was great. The furnace itself has had some issues over the years, the most recent problem is prompting this review. They were able to come out to the house a couple hours after I first reported a problem and they fixed it for free under warranty (it was even outside of normal business hours). Crawford is an excellent technician. He was right on time, very respectful even though he had to put up with fussy children and protective dog in the background. He made sure to wear protective booties in the house even though he didn't have to. But most importantly he was able to fix the problem quickly without any troubles. I highly recommend this team - well done Blue Flame!
