Review content:
This was the worst company in I ever had the "experience" of working with! I ordered tickets for a concert using my ATM card. The concert was cancelled due to a health problem with a member of the band. I called for a refund. I informed AC Ticket Guys the ATM account I used to originally order the tickets had been closed out and I had a new account at a different bank. Chuck, the customer service representative, who was the only one who answered the phone, said it was impossible to refund my money to a different account. The company policy was to refund only to the original account. I asked to speak to a supervisor and a call back. Chuck told me the supervisors said the same. Never received any call backs. I finally had to write a letter to the Attorney Generals office and finally after four months of calling, I finally received a check in the mail. Of course, AC Ticket Guys deducted the service charge and delivery charge from the check!!! Delivery charge?? I had to print out the tickets that were electronically sent!! Be aware of when you order tickets on-line. AC Ticket Guys are actually a third party vendor. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
