We recently had MEI (Minnesota Exteriors Inc) do a full roof replacement on our 1917 bungalow in Minneapolis. The entire experience with MEI was excellent. Our first meeting with Dan (sales) was no pressure and he seemed most interested in answering our questions and making sure that we felt comfortable with the process, rather than selling us a roof. Dan had a thorough knowledge of the product line, warranties, financing, and scheduling. After we received our estimate from Dan, I had to contact him a few more times to ask some minor questions and each time he was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable with his replies. The process of applying for the 12 months same as cash financing option was a breeze with the help of Dan and when we needed to delay the installation by a few weeks due to a personal circumstance the office team was great about that. The day of installation went off as planned, the roof looks great, and the clean-up was excellent. And as far as pricing goes, I fel
