Dustin came out on a second opinion and he was so nice and friendly and explained everything. I had already done a ton of research from the first person that came out. And it was just nice to not have the pressure of sale sale sale lingering over the job. The previous guy that came out was trying to sell me a compresser and Dustin showed me that mine was working just fine. This is exactly why I wanted a second opinion, so I wasnt out thousands of dollars because one person wanted to fix something that wasn't broken. All in all, because of his honesty I will for sure be a returning customer to HVAC utah! I appreciate that I didn't have to buy a $1500 part and just needed a couple pounds of refrigerate put back into my line. (Which by the way, I was able to watch the numbers fall and raise while he was filling it, confirming it was a refrigerant) Dustin was awesome and I am thankful to have found an honest company!
