The most important thing I?d like to do is thank you for not only arranging everything, with many details and moving parts, but also for sending Chuck and that he brought Joyce along. Chuck was extremely patient, understanding, and clear/caring; and Joyce was so careful to go through the many items she was packing, caring for them, as if they were her own, and doing a far better job than I could have. I had hoped to be as far along as possible (which I was), but had it not been for Chuck and JJ, I would never have been finished. You/they helped me so very much, in a time, where I was absolutely swamped/overwhelmed, and I am extremely grateful...thank you, Tom, and please do thank them for me, as well. All of the precautions you took helped tremendously, and their preparation and consistently showing up early really helped to get everything finished in two full days, versus what would have taken me much longer.
