Review content:
This is the WORST vet's office I have ever been to. It's never clean, there are rust stains everywhere, and the waiting room is so cramped I'd hate to see more than one pet in there at a time. Once you get into the actual exam room things only get worse. I took my dog here for his rabies vac and the vet tech accidentally shot half of it onto the floor!! Isn't giving shots covered on like day one of vet school?\r
Then the vet himself came in. First of all, he kept referring to my dog as a Rottweiler, when he is clearly a Dobie mix. That worried me. My dog was limping really badly and clearly in pain. The vet looked at him for about two minutes before diagnosing him with a TORN ACL. He wanted to put my dog completely under to do x-rays and wanted to do SURGERY the very next day on BOTH knees- he had only hurt one! \r
Luckily, I went straight to TLC for a second opinion. It turned out that my dog had no swelling AT ALL in his knee, and there was nothing to indicate a serious injury, let alone to warrant surgery!! TLC prescribed some medication and rest, and in two days my dog was totally recovered! I SHUDDER to think of the unnecessary pain and trauma (not to mention expense) I would have been subjecting my dog to if I listened to Dr. Kumar. Thank God I got a second opinion. \r
I will NEVER trust my pet to this vet's office again. And if you love your animal, you shouldn?t either. STAY AWAY. \r
Pros: There are none.
Cons: Everything. Don't go here!!
