I was looking to have a custom engagement ring made. I had a good idea of what I wanted and explained it to Vince, the owner, and wanted a ball park idea on price. His initial comment was "oh, so your not here to buy anything". First of all, he actually told me that he wasn't impressed with my design, he suggested something else. I told him that I knew that this is what my future wife wanted. His comment was "well, I guess I'm stuck with it then hey". Then he told me that if I wouldn't commit to giving him my business, he wasn't about to spend his time putting any prices together. REALLY! I left feeling good that I did not waste any more time, or money, at Vince's Jewelers. I would drive out of state if I had to before I ever went back. Thank you for educating me on my first visit Vince.
