Top notch service. Sonny started the 3 hour process with a complete description of what he was going to do, including removing the return duct covers using a sharp knife to separate the painted-over covers (which he did very carefully), how long he thought it would take, how the cleaning would proceed, and how he would open holes in the duct work in the basement (he showed my how many would be needed in order to do a complete cleaning). He was very careful as he brought his equipment in to the basement, covered the tile floors to prevent scratching. When he was finished he showed us the dust and cat hair that he recovered (20 years is far too long between duct cleanings, that's for sure!), explained that he found no mold, and asked about our dryer vent (which I have cleaned out every couple of years) and offered ideas on how to do it (he did offer to do it if I preferred). He left no mess at all. I was impressed.
