I called Any Hour Services after listening to an add on talk radio and they performed some HVAC tune up on my furnace before winter and did an amazing job! My furnace is 16 years old and needed some TLC. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and didn't dumb things down when explaining his concerns about specific consumable parts that were at the point of failure and also didn't pressure me into making any particular decisions. Communication with the dispatcher was easy and their time arrival estimates were very accurate, which was nice because it made it easy to plan around a busy schedule. Ultimately, I felt educated and respected by a very competent professional. I ended up replacing a component in addition to the tune up and would definitely call Any Hour Services for any future needs based on my positive experience.
