Review content:
I was recently in the market for a stationary bike, and rather than pay full-price, I thought I'd try to find one second-hand.
I called Play It Again Sports in Woodinville to see if they had any in stock. The sales clerk who answered the phone was incredibly polite, told me they did, indeed, have a Life Cycle in stock and quoted me the price.
I went in the next morning to take a look at it (hoping it was still there), and as I checked it out, another sales clerk came over to see if I needed any assistance. I questioned him about the bike, how old it was, how long it had been in the store, etc., and he was able to answer all my questions thoroughly and politely right there on the spot.
I told him I needed a few minutes to think it over, and he left me alone with my thoughts.
When I'd decided to take it, he and another clerk loaded the bike into the back of my van, I paid, and was on my merry way.
I have to say that this was one of my most pleasant retail experiences in ages simply because these people have obviously been trained that CUSTOMER SERVICE still matters!
Bravo, Play It Again Sports!
