Parrish Services is tops for peace of mind, promptness, ease of getting an appointment, and overall service. I have also had them for emergency service calls with my air conditioning, and they came and did it right the first time -- the only time. I was especially impressed with their email notification sent to my home email before the technician arrived -- it even had a picture and professional background of the technician attached! He finished everything in less than one hour, and got me started with Parrish's maintenance service plan, which can be purchased for a modest monthly payment taken with my credit card. All in all -- five stars!
