Review content:
Worked with an agent at Century 21 that had heard some decent things about. Don't care to name names. We told her what we were looking for and at what price range. My wife ended up doing all the work. She eventually found a house online and had to take it to the agent in order to make her aware of it. This had been weeks since our initial meeting. The agent eventually helped us buy the house but I don't feel she negotiated the contract as well as it could have been. \r

Don't get me wrong, she was a very nice lady, she just didn't take us seriously and obviously pushed us to the bottom of her list of people to help. Also now feel we could have gotten a better deal on the house. \r

Too late to do anything now and am happy with the house overall. Just don't recommend working with them unless you are going to mean a BIG commission to them.
