Review content:
Good price, but poor workmanship. The installation that I received was not what I requested, but that probably results from the fact that my original sales contact no longer works for Acculevel. The installation methods seem to have caused more damage and dust than was necessary. The old concrete chunks that had been jack hammered loose were set on the unprotected painted floor instead of the buckets that were used to carry the debris out, creating much additional damage to the painted floor. The new concrete was apparently mixed inside rather than outside, which is about twenty feet away, creating a huge amount of extra dust for me to clean up later. The new concrete installation is horrible. It is higher than the original floor (going to make everything sitting on it wobble), has swirl lines/ridges in it, had half inch deep gouges in it in one area, and was spread out over the old floor causing the new concrete gravel to be exposed on top of the old concrete. I never saw nor heard the new sump pump run. I hope it pumps storm water as intended. The workers did not follow their company's own policy of "Final Walk Through". They only rang the doorbell at an upstairs door asking for the balance of payment due before leaving.
