Jeff came to scope a line. Said I had no problems. 3 weeks later my basement floods. I call him to request that he check out the pipes again and see what he may have missed. I asked him to stand by his work.
He tells me he's not interested in doing any work he's not paid for. I've done two paid jobs with him in 6 months and he's not willing to come run diagnostic on a line he told me was clean 3 weeks ago.
He was rude. He is selfish. And if he can't stand by his work, why would I stand by him? I would never recommend Jeff to anyone.

I'm very sorry Brandon your sewer backed up. I think there may have been a misunderstanding on what our camera service is. Our first job with you we found a completely broken pipe Which would require repair or replacement. The second job had no broken pipe but did have some root penetration and flat spots in line also possible shared line. I was sorry to here that you did not watch the video that we made for you, where comments were made. I've sent you another link an hope you will review it again. I'm also apologetic if I came across as rude but you told me I could only answer yes or no and I'm still not sure what you wanted me to do. I hope you got the video and will review it or give me a another call and I will go over it with you.
