When my cousin came to visit, she wanted to know where she could by all the healthy foods that are part of her everyday diet. Since I was new to the area, I recommended the one store I knew of "off the top of my head. " I sent her to
Food for Thought. This location is close to my house but, unfortunately, that's the only good thing I can say about it.
My cousin could not find the bare essentials she uses for her daily eating regimen. I have since visited the store myself
and found I can get the regular vitamin supplements I use
at any of several other local stores.
