Review content:
I went to Marty's after getting numerous positive recommendations from my neighbors. My experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. After previously going to a local dealership (where I overpaid for thousands of dollars in repairs, I decided to go to Marty's for a "second opinion" before undertaking even more repairs on my 2006 minivan. Not only did Marty find that my PAX tires were installed incorrectly by the dealership (the only place where you can get these tires done for my Honda model), he also got rid of the many noises that the car started making after my expensive repairs were done (and I was told to "live with it" or play the radio to cover the noises). Marty also told me that I only needed to fix one broken engine mount, not the two the dealer tried to sell me. I was so impressed by Marty's honesty--and his concern for me after seeing that the PAX tires were not seated correctly--a potentially dangerous situation. Went back to the dealer and got that fixed--only to be told that my car's alignment was now off. Marty went to bat for me with the dealer service manager--saying that it was the dealer's fault that the alignment was off--and that they should fix it for me for free. And thanks to Marty, they did! Now I have a car with over 100,000 miles that runs very well (without making ridiculous noises). I will never again go to a dealership for mechanical repairs. I highly recommend Marty's Auto Works for their excellent work, fast turn-around, and caring attitude!
