JR came out to service my outside unit I found out that carrier had put a cheap capacitor in the outside unit and be in the engineer myself when I saw him test the capacitor and he told me what the reading should be the capacitor was really bad. How dare carrier put such a piece of garbage part in a high-quality unit it is disgusting. JR showed me a very good economical solution to put in a high-quality American capacitor in the unit and this capacitor is guaranteed for 5 years, and it is not like the Chinese manufactured junk the carrier originally had in it, so I feel I'm much better off in the air conditioner is running perfectly JR did a fantastic job and the call was answered quickly and efficiently with very high quality work.
