Doc's Appliance Service was here in a timely manner. The technician was polite and explained everything before he started to work. When he found a problem, he told us about it and told us what the cost would be for the repair. He did not have a part on his truck, but found one on another technicians truck and only lost about 15 minutes getting the part. Very please with the service and technician. I was offered a $15 discount because I am a Veteran of Vietnam, but I declined it since I already had the check made out. Thank you.
