After having another company out 4 times only to tell me."" I need a Maytag certified technician & parts & they couldn't figure out what the correct part should be. Well after 3 visits. From Doc App. & 2 months later my ice maker is working, just waiting to see if the ice is going to melt together in the drop pan. Keeping fingers crossed. The tech was prompt & on time.
