So our Samsung dishwasher was out of service from June - August due to some internal leaking issue. Consumers Energy attempted to send one local company out to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, after 5 attempts to come out and swap out various parts, they weren't able to resolve the issue. Just when we were ready to through in the towel with Consumers Energy they passed the order to Docs appliance although our home isn't really part of their coverage area. I was a little skeptical at first, but Joe the technician was very thorough and took the time to figure out what was happening. He was very professional and was prepared with tools and supplies to do the job. I had to loan our towels to the first company. This wasn't the case with Docs. The knowledge and experience of one guy, Joe, was enough to get down to the bottom of the matter and finally fix our dishwasher!
