Magic Moments is one of the most uncaring bridal shops that I have ever experienced! We were planning on getting all of our tuxes from this place, and had went into the buisness approx 8 months before the wedding. When we went in, they said that they would be able to accomidate out wedding party with out any problems. However when we had our guys start going in for there fittings (6 weeks before the wedding!) they started telling them that the store would be closed the entire week of our wedding! They never called to tell me or my fiance this until I called them when one of the ushers called me. Then to make things worse, when I called to see what was going on, I was told that my only options was to find a different place to rent tuxes from. Well that was easy for them to say, but the particular tux that I wanted was only available at two locations in Evansville!. They were not even willing to work something out for us!
