A little over 2 years ago I went into this store, and bought an engraved pocket watch for my husband as a gift for the birth of our first child. He has taken especially good care of the watch, but for some reason the top of it just popped off one day! I took it to 3 different watch repair stores that refused to fix it. Not knowing what else to do, I took it back to this store today to see if they had replacement parts. Debbie who was working today, was not only apologetic, but she offered to replace to watch, and re-engrave it.. for free. I don't know many places that would do all of this to make you feel appreciated. Debbie even spoke to my toddler, and made the entire process easy. This was probably one of the best retail experiences I have ever had!. Thank you Debbie!
